Area 1 - Three Venetian Regions

CONI of VENETO -  Endorsement of P.I. Declaration - 2009.10.24 -  The President of CONI Veneto Gianfranco Bardelle endorsed the Declaration of P.I. on ethic in youth sport with the Panathlon Clubs' Presidents of the seven provinces of Veneto. The ceremony took place at the presence of the Governor Massimo Rosa in occasion of the presentation of the Venice Marathon that ended on Sunday 25th October 2009. The President Rosa was interviewed by RAI 3 and stressed the importance of the Declaration and the engagement for its diffusion. More

Gorizia Club - At the meeting of the Provincial Committee of the CONI of the Province of Gorizia, held in July, has been signed the agreement between the President of the Provincial Committee Brandolin, the President of the Panathlon Club Gorizia Pontello and the Managers of many Sport Federations, designed to respect the Declaration of Panathlon on Ethics in Youth Sport (Ghent Declaration) and to give an undertaking to implement it. Club Venice -Distribution of Ethics Declaration - The Club has submitted the Panathlon Declaration on Ethics in Youth Sport to two groups of school managers, for a total of over one hundred schools in the province of Venice. Area 2 Lombardy

The province of Cremona has subscribed the Declatation of P.I. - 2009.10.24 -  At the  presence of the Prefect Tancredi Bruno di Clarafond, of the assessor to sport Chiara Cappelletti, of the Mayor of Cremona Oreste Perri, olympic champion, of the representatives of the municipality of Crema and Casal Maggiore and of the provincial CONI the Declaration on Ethic in Youth Sport has been subscribed in the hall of the Council of the province of Cremona. The Declaration has been subscribed by sport associations, bodies of sport promotion, presidents of provincial committees, during a meeting at which has participated , among others, the International President of P.I. Como Club - Project "Ethics for Life" - Education, promotion of ethics in sport has moved into high schools and sports clubs through the efforts of local Panathlon Club and of the Province. A pilot project that aims to involve all schools and sports clubs in the knowledge of the Declaration and  in its underwriting and in the design that achieve practical forms of control behavior of students and athletes. Varese Club – On the initiative of Club (President Catherine Palmieri), the Province of Varese, the Varese Municipality, the Provincial School Management and the Provincial Committee of the Olympic Committee signed the Declaration of Panathlon International on Ethics in Youth Sport, at the presence of the President of Panathlon International, Mr. Enrico Prandi. Valdarno Superiore Club - Conference on Ethical Panathlon Declaration - Thanks to the work of the club in the territory, all 14 mayors of the municipalities in the district of the Upper Valdarno acceded to the document and are committed to make the Declaration as an instrument of sports policy for their communities.

2009, June – Regional Congress of  9th Area (Sicily) of Panathlon International – “Sports education at primary school” is the title of the congress, which took place  in Siracusa from 12 to 14 June 2009.
