A new club has born in Africa the Club d' Abidjan, the President is Kuyo Tea Narcisse who has stressed the great importance that  P.I can have for the development of sport in african countries . The delegation was formed by the International President Enrico Prandi, the General Secretary Sergio Allegrini by the responsable for the expansion Mr. Vic De Donder and by the President of the Club of Varese Mrs. Caterina Palmieri
