The Ordinary Assembly is convened in the first six months of every two-year period. At least, 30 days notice must be given, to be forwarded to clubs also by all technical means available, together with the agenda and any reports and documents as indicated in the items on the agenda. It discusses the following topics:
a) the moral, organisational and financial-economic report relating to the previous two years and the budget for the following year;
b) the report of the Administration Control and Auditors’ Committee;
c) proposal with reasons of the International Board for the membership fees for the two years following the year in progress;
d) the election to central offices as and when envisaged by the Constitution;
e) topics proposed by the International Board or by at least 10% of the Clubs;
f) procedural provisions for elective Assemblies.
3. The Extraordinary Assembly can be convened at any time, also at the request of at least 20% of the affiliated clubs, with a 30 days notice given also with all technical means available, and in compliance with the terms prescribed by this Constitution. Notice must be accompanied by the agenda and relative documentation.
The Assembly decides upon:
a) modifications to the Constitution;
b) renewal of the International Board when more than half of the seats are vacant;
c) particularly urgent, serious or interesting business;
d) dissolution of P.I..
4. The Assembly can be called for a second summons on the same day established for the first summons, respection the local law.
5. For an Assembly, either ordinary or extraordinary, which is called upon to decide on any subject - except those reported in art. 10, para 3, letters a) and d) - to be declared valid,
a) half plus one of the Clubs must be present at the first summons;
b) at the second summons, the Assembly is valid irrespective of how many Clubs are present;
The Assembly decides on a majority of validly expressed votes.
6. For an extraordinary Assembly, called upon to decide on the modiciation of the Statutes is declared valid
a) half plus one of the Clubs must be present at the first summons;
b) at least one third of the Clubs must be present at the second summons.
The Assembly decides on a two thirds majority of validly expressed votes.
7. For an extraordinary Assembly, called upon to decide on the dissolution of P.I. is declared valid, at least two thirds of the Clubs must be present either at the first or second summons. The Assembly decides on a two thirds majority of validly expressed votes.
8. Each Club has the right to one vote.
