Every club is governed by its own Statute, styled on the model of the Statute-type issued by the Central Board and declared executive by the President's Committee.

According to the aims of Panathlon the club promotes and organises, either individually or with other public or private entities, public meetings (conferences, congresses, seminars, round tables, etc.) in venues open to citizens.

The clubs are formed by members nominated as representatives of the sports categories

The Club is represented by the President elected by Members'Assembly together with a Directive Board.
